"I started to feel that I was tapping into my true inner self, or rather, my true self was coming up from within."
- Tiffany A. Mesa, AZ
The guidance was different in that I felt the sensation of breathing through my skin rather than my chest. It was a new experience for me in mindfulness of the body."
- Judy J. Alberta, Canada

There were 20 participants in this retreat. The following are a few feedbacks :
I had a very positive experience at the retreat. The venue was a comfortable one, and I felt welcome and very safe. I appreciated the bottled water and hot coffee.
The wisdom and information provided by NT were easily understood, and I was able to integrate them into my overall experience. NT himself was kind, caring, and a teacher whom I felt I could trust.
I was told years ago that the essence of wellness is ego deflation at depth. Einstein says I will not solve any problem with the same level of consciousness that created it. NT and this meditation retreat helped me, I think, in my journey to hopefully realize at least a measure of each condition at some point.
- Greg M. Mesa, AZ
I enjoyed the Meditation Hall and the entire space. I thought the space was serene and calming. I felt very welcome from start to finish. I have been continuing to practice daily at home since Saturday. I haven't found the right spot yet! I also wanted to try the retreat to get a feel of the vibe.
I am definitely coming back! NT is one of the reasons I will back. I like his teaching style and contagious bliss. He is encouraging, patient, and genuine. He helped me achieve a taste of bliss, and now I can't stop. I have been interested in learning meditation for quite some while now, and I am hopeful that the AIBMC is the place to teach me.
- Paula C, AZ
The venue is perfect, though it would benefit from a few lawn chairs so people can have a place to sit while eating lunch. There should be an adequate supply of chairs and cushions for the participants.
The guidance was excellent, I think good for a beginner, and the right amount for an experienced meditator wanting to explore a different technique and style for concentration practice.
